1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiveOffMargin at liveoffmargin.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

LiveOffMargin is a web-based portfolio tracking, dividend analysis, and financial planning platform. The Service provides tools including portfolio tracking, deposit optimization, margin analysis, FIRE projections, payday planning, and brokerage account syncing via third-party integrations. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes.

3. Not Financial Advice

LiveOffMargin is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All content, tools, scores, recommendations, and projections provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a recommendation to follow any particular investment strategy.

The Deposit Optimizer, Payday Plan, margin analysis, and FIRE projections use algorithmic models based on historical data and user-provided inputs. These tools have inherent limitations and may not reflect current market conditions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Margin Risk Disclosure

The Service includes tools for analyzing and planning margin-based investment strategies. Margin trading carries significant risk. Borrowing against your securities can amplify both gains and losses. You may lose more than your original investment and may be subject to margin calls requiring immediate additional deposits. Margin trading is not suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for understanding and managing the risks of margin trading.

5. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Brokerage Connections

The Service allows you to connect brokerage accounts via SnapTrade, a third-party provider. By connecting a brokerage, you authorize SnapTrade and LiveOffMargin to access your portfolio data (holdings, balances, and transactions) in read-only mode. We never receive or store your brokerage login credentials. We are not responsible for SnapTrade's availability, accuracy, or security practices.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the Service
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms (Deposit Optimizer, FIRE model, Margin Safety Score), content, and branding, is owned by LiveOffMargin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service.

10. Data Accuracy

Market data, stock quotes, dividend information, and other financial data displayed on the Service are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Always verify data with your brokerage or an authoritative source before making financial decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveOffMargin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, investment losses, data loss, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveOffMargin, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
