If you connect a brokerage account via SnapTrade, we receive your portfolio holdings, positions, balances, and transaction history. This data is used solely to power the features you use on our platform. We do not store your brokerage login credentials — all authentication is handled via OAuth through SnapTrade.

2.3 User-Entered Data

You may manually enter portfolio holdings, budget information, income details, pay schedules, and strategy preferences. This data is stored in your account and used to provide personalized analysis and recommendations.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.

2.5 Usage Data

We may collect standard web analytics data such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs to improve the Service.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Display your portfolio data, dividends, margin analysis, and other personalized features
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe

  • SnapTrade — brokerage account connections and portfolio data sync
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
  • EODHD — market data, stock quotes, and dividend information
  • Neon— database hosting (your data is stored securely in Neon's Postgres infrastructure)
  • Vercel — application hosting and deployment
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure database access. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
